Enervest focuses on the development and management of solar panel installations in Europe. The company has more than 200 MWp of solar panels under management. The Ghent-based company handles both new and existing projects (redevelopment and acquisition of operational industrial solar projects). In addition, Enervest provides asset management and energy management for its customers.
Challenges
Due to the wide portfolio of projects managed by Enervest , the company realised that a good online follow-up of different parameters was essential for an optimal operational flow. The management therefore decided to rely on the Ikologik Industrial Cloud for this. This allows them, for example, to compare the production data of the solar panels with the actual local consumption and with the power injected into the grid.
Benefits
The platform allows data to be loaded very quickly. This allows the administrators to analyse local consumption. If it is too low compared to the expectations of the business plan, the platform generates an automatic alarm.
The Ikologik Industrial Cloud also offers added value in terms of asset management. Thanks to all data, the asset manager gets a correct view and an integral overview of all installations. The dashboard function ensures that he can compare the results of different sites at a glance. Based on this information, he can quickly intervene or plan other optimisations.
