Elien - Customer Success
"Our customers should get the most out of our software and at the same time their feedback should help make our product even better. That’s the core of my role in Customer Success. It means giving training sessions, handling first line communication, supporting integrations and also aligning internally with the development team, which I am still a part of. I love the technical side, it’s engaging and I learn a lot, but honestly, I wouldn’t want to miss the human connection with customers and colleagues.
In my previous job I sometimes felt like just a number. At Ikologik they really look at how to help you grow in your strengths and even explore new interests. The cultural difference is huge. There’s a fun and relaxed vibe here, full of humor and lighthearted moments. Sure, we work hard. We want the best for our customers and that brings pressure. But there’s also space for team building or just enjoying a good party now and then. As I am saying this, I realise just how good I feel here. I genuinely feel right at home."

"During my internship I was offered a chance to join the team. How amazing is that? I didn’t hesitate for a second. You’re given the trust to work independently. That doesn’t mean you’re left on your own or just throw some code together. There is regular check-in, guidance and also a real sense of encouragement to turn challenges into strong results and the most satisfied client. As a student I even got to prepare a demo for a potential customer. It turned into a great presentation, a new customer and I was part of it!
I’m eager to learn and go full throttle. This environment gives me every opportunity to grow my skills. You can really feel that everyone is given room to develop. In that way Ikologik brings the whole team along in a powerful growth journey. Colleagues here are approachable which helped me build my knowhow at lightning speed. I really appreciate that I can talk to anyone as an equal. It makes the atmosphere here truly fantastic and the customer can definitely sense this vibe too."
