Everything used to be written down by hand, from incoming raw materials to quality checks, and later retyped into spreadsheets. A slow and error-prone routine that delivered almost no real insight. It was more about ticking boxes than actually understanding what was going on. Of course experience and gut feeling helped steer the ship, but data was missing. No surprise then that going digital became less of a question and more of an obvious next move.
Refine process management
To ensure incoming agricultural raw materials meet expectations from the moment they arrive, screens were installed at the unloading docks. Staff can immediately enter key data. At the start of production, additional interfaces guide operators with clear work order instructions and allow fast and accurate registration of the raw materials used. Every batch is linked to the correct farm, with full traceability through to the final product. This gives Jopack not only full visibility, but also the insight needed for confident decision-making and smart pricing.

Thanks to the link with the ERP system, all the information flows straight through the system. No more piles of paperwork or repetitive and double entry. Every step along the way becomes visible as it happens, giving Jopack a clear picture of production volumes, efficiencies or other important signals. Automated reports arrive daily, providing the team with up to date snapshots, so they can act fast and keep operations maintaining a steady rhythm.
